1. Introduction

Survey App Group includes two applications: Survey One NNT and Survey C-Plus. These apps are designed for field surveying, mapping, and technical data organization.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is stored, and how it is used.

In summary:

  • We do not automatically collect or track any personal data from users.
  • All survey data stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.
  • The only time data leaves your device is when you voluntarily submit an issue report.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

By default, Survey One NNT and Survey C-Plus do not automatically collect, store, or transmit any of the following information:

  • Personal contact details
  • Continuous GPS tracking
  • Survey files (.nnt, .kml, etc)
  • Device identifiers / Ad IDs
  • Usage analytics / Tracking
  • Financial / Billing info

3. Data Stored Locally

The following data is stored locally on your device (or in your own iCloud storage) and is under your full control:

We do not have access to this data and do not upload it to any server that we control.

4. Issue Reports (Optional)

The only time data may be sent outside your device is when you voluntarily choose to submit a Support / Issue Report from within the app.

All reports are stored securely using Apple CloudKit. Access is limited to diagnosing and fixing issues.

5. Permissions Used

Location

Used to display your position on the map. We do not store or transmit continuous location history.

Camera & Photos

Used to attach photos to survey points. Photos remain on your device unless manually shared.

File Access

Used only when you choose to open, import, or export files (DXF, NNT, ZIP).

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties. Data is only shared when you manually export files or submit an Issue Report.

7. Children’s Privacy

Survey apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Data Security

We use Apple CloudKit for reports, benefiting from Apple's encryption in transit and at rest. Internal operations use standard encryption algorithms (AES-GCM).

9. Your Rights

  • • Delete survey files and data on your device at any time.
  • • Revoke app permissions via iOS system settings.
  • • Request deletion of any Issue Reports submitted.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.

11. Handling Issue Report Info

"After the issue is resolved, the entire report (including any personal information you submitted) will be permanently deleted from our CloudKit database."

Once the issue is completed and deletion is confirmed, we retain zero copies of any personal information you submitted.
